An initiation fee of $5.00 is required for each candidate, and the candidate's council should be prepared to cover this fee with a check payable to the "NH State Council - K of C".
A meal will be provided by the host council at a cost of $7.00 per person. This should be paid for with a check payable to "Council 4666 K of C". It is expected that the candidate's council would also cover the cost of his meal.
