The degree will be conducted in the Sullivan Room which is in the basement of the Parish Office. The Parish Office is located behind the Church. The entrance to the Sullivan Room is on the left side of the building through a door marked “Sullivan Room” and then down the stairs. Knights who are Spectators are to enter through this door.
Time: 7:00 PM
All candidates are to report to the Antechamber no later than 6:30 PM which is located in the Parish Activity Center behind the Parish Office. A council member will escort the candidate to the Antechamber.

All Grand Knights or Council Membership Directors who have candidates are asked to contact the First Degree Team Captain, to inform him of the number of Candidates and Knights Spectators who plan to attend. This will assist Msgr. Donahue Council to be properly prepared for the Exemplification.
Please do not delay in making arrangements for your candidates. We will cancel the Degree unless a minimum of three (3) candidates are registered by the Friday immediately preceding the scheduled date. The Degree Team reserves the right to limit the class size.
The dress code is jacket, tie and appropriate footwear for both the Candidates and Knights Spectators.
All Councils are responsible for bringing their Constitutional Roll; and First Degree Kit which includes the book “These Men They Call Knights”, rosary, lapel pin; and First Degree Membership Card signed by the Financial Secretary and Grand Knight; and the candidates’ signed Form 100.
All Knights who are Spectators must present a valid membership card in order to be admitted to the Degree Ceremonial.
The principle of this degree is Charity, so let your council show their enthusiasm and support for these candidates by their attendance at this First Degree.
