Worthy District Deputies:
Time is flying by so fast and we will be coming up on our mid-year seminar. As with last year, we have contracted the Comfort Inn in Concord, NH as our meeting place.
Saturday December 5th, 2009 Our tentative schedule will be:
- 9am arrive for the meeting Ladies will meet in the lobby and carpool to the Council K of C home. Ladies will be having a workshop at the Concord Council home on Saturday. Lunch for the ladies will be planned by my wife and her helpers
- 12pm Break for Lunch (Maybe a call in for Pizza or something like that) Checking in will have to be done Saturday afternoon.
- 1:00 – continue meeting until 3:00 or 4:00
- Dinner, Saturday night, will be on your own or I can find a place that will take all of us.
- After dinner Christmas Party. At the Christmas Party, we will have a Yankee Swap - $10-15 on the gifts. If you wish to take part in the Yankee Swap – bring something to swap. We will have the conference Room, where we had our meeting, to use for our Christmas Party.
There are churches in the area with Sunday Masses.
